About Me

Pronouns: She/They

I am a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I hold a bachelor’s degree from Union College and a master’s degree from NYU’s Silver School of Social Work. I completed post-graduate training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I began my career working with survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence to become self-sufficient and heal from trauma. I transitioned to an intensive outpatient setting where I supported young adults and their families manage mental health concerns as they worked towards independence. Alongside providing individual and family therapy, I conducted groups on relationships, codependency, executive function, and queer identities.

I specialize in helping individuals who experience PTSD, anxiety, depression, and executive function issues. As a queer therapist, I have a passion for working with the queer community. I pride myself on a holistic approach to therapy that honors each individual’s unique story and identity.
